A VIBRANT HUB WHERE CREATIVITY KNOWS NO BOUNDS
Taro Patch Creative isn't just a place; it's where you can embrace your authentic creative self, find comfort, refine your skills, and immerse yourself in the rich tapestry of Pacific culture.
With a vision that bridges worlds, we have forged a fale for artists, creators, storytellers, filmmakers, rangatahi, and all those in-between. Immerse in the urban rhythm at Taro Patch Creative, where culture, creativity, healing, connection and innovation converge.

BRINGING HIS STORY HOME
We are currently on a mission, after years of development and production, we're now entering the most important stage of the journey: getting the film back to the people it was made for.
Rather than relying solely on traditional cinema releases, we're launching a grassroots distribution campaign that will take LOMU directly into communities through screenings, school visits, cultural centres, churches, and community events.
Our goal is to ensure Pacific audiences, especially those who may not have access to cinemas, can experience the film, connect with its themes, and see themselves reflected on screen.

If you're able to chip in, we'd be incredibly grateful.
EVERY DONATION, BIG OR SMALL, MAKES A DIFFERENCE

People of Papatoetoe
A storytelling series by Taro Patch Creative. Papatoetoe isn’t just a place. The way it is, comes from its people. The ones who graft and grind, who lift others up, who bring mana and memory to every corner. This series is for them.
For the ones holding it down behind the scenes and the ones leading from the front. Each story is a snapshot of someone who makes Papatoetoe more than a postcode. We’re dropping a new profile every week over the next few months.
Thanks to Ōtara-Papatoetoe Board for their support that helps us tell these stories.
