We are Barfoot and Thompson Property Management team in Papatoetoe aka the BEST Rental Team
Papatoetoe is a sense of connection & community, we have great networks, it's central to so many places. Papatoetoe has a rich history with a vibrant, multicultural present and an eye towards the future.
We are one of the first Barfoot & Thompson branches to open and have been part of this culturally diverse suburb for over 70 years!
We are a tight family-like team. We work hard and all have such a positive attitude to everything we do. Every challenge we face is an opportunity to learn and grow.

The Barfoot & Thompson Papatoetoe rental team specialises in property management in Auckland, predominantly South Auckland.
For Landlords: We handle everything from finding and screening tenants to collecting rent and managing maintenance, aiming to provide a stress-free experience.
For Tenants: We assist with finding suitable properties, managing the application process, and handling tenancy agreements.
We have a good understanding of the local market, and the team leverages the strength of the larger Barfoot & Thompson network to serve both property owners and renters effectively.
